01Agreement to terms
By using our website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with K Pac A Lunch, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, we ask that you not use our services.
These terms apply to everyone who visits our site or orders from us — individual customers, businesses, and event hosts alike. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
02About us
K Pac A Lunch is a small catering company offering meals, desserts, and charcuterie boards for delivery and event service. We prepare food in licensed commercial kitchens following all applicable food safety regulations.
References in these terms to "we," "us," and "our" mean K Pac A Lunch. References to "you" and "your" mean the customer or visitor.
03Orders & pricing
Placing an order
Orders can be placed through our website or by direct arrangement for larger catering events. When you submit an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We confirm the order by email once we've reviewed availability and accepted it.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but errors happen — if a listed price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order.
Lead times
- Standard meals & desserts: Please order at least 48 hours in advance.
- Charcuterie boards: 72 hours minimum.
- Large catering events (15+ guests): One week minimum, two weeks preferred.
We'll do our best with shorter lead times when possible — just reach out and ask.
04Payment
We accept payment through our secure online checkout, processed by Stripe. We never store your card information directly.
- Standard orders: Payment in full is required at checkout.
- Catering events over $500: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the event.
- Approved business accounts: Net-15 invoicing available with prior arrangement.
Failed or declined payments may delay or cancel your order. We'll always reach out before taking any action.
05Cancellations & changes
We understand that plans change. Here's how cancellations work:
- 72+ hours before delivery: Full refund, no questions asked.
- 48–72 hours before delivery: 50% refund. The other half covers ingredients we've already sourced.
- Less than 48 hours before delivery: No refund, as food is already in production.
- Large catering events: Custom cancellation terms apply, outlined in your event agreement.
To cancel or modify an order, please reach out as soon as possible. We'll always try to accommodate when we can.
06Allergens & dietary information
Food safety is something we take seriously. When you share allergen or dietary information at checkout, our kitchen team treats it as critical instruction.
Important allergen disclosure
Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. While we take every reasonable precaution to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.
We rely on the information you provide. If your allergens or dietary needs change between ordering and delivery, please tell us immediately so we can adjust or, if necessary, cancel your order.
07Delivery
Delivery areas
We deliver within our local service area. Available delivery zones are shown at checkout. For events outside our standard area, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements.
Delivery windows
You'll select a delivery date and time slot at checkout. We do our best to arrive within your chosen window. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control are unfortunate but unavoidable — we'll communicate as soon as we know.
Receiving your order
Someone must be available to receive the delivery during the chosen window. If no one is present and we're unable to leave the order safely (e.g. the food is temperature-sensitive), you may be responsible for a redelivery fee.
After delivery
Once your order has been delivered and accepted, you're responsible for proper food storage and serving. We provide reheating and storage instructions where relevant.
08Quality & refunds
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos and a brief description help us understand what happened and respond quickly.
For legitimate quality issues, we'll offer a refund, replacement, or credit toward a future order — whichever makes the most sense.
Note that personal taste preferences (e.g. "too spicy," "not enough seasoning") are not refundable, as flavor is subjective. We're always happy to take notes for future orders.

11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K Pac A Lunch's total liability for any claim related to your order or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
